Compassionate, Patient-centered Healthcare.

Going to the doctor should feel safe, personal, and unhurried. It should be a place where you are truly listened to, where there is space for tears and honest conversation, and where your concerns are met with compassion and respect. A good doctor is not only a clinician, but a partner—offering education, loving accountability, and guidance that honors your voice and your values. I believe in caring for the whole person: body, mind, and soul. That is why Sacred Heart Family Medicine exists.

Dr. Elizabeth Wright,

Physician and Owner

A smiling woman with shoulder-length hair stands in a field of tall grass, wearing a floral dress, as sunlight illuminates the scene.

“My husband and I joined Dr. Wright’s office as soon as we heard the news. Dr. Wright’s reputation as a great physician speaks for itself and she truly cares about the LIFE of her patient. Her patients are NOT a number, they are HUMAN BEINGS who are in need of her expertise to better their day to day physical/emotional health. I have the utmost confidence that Dr. Wright will help support me in any medical journey I may need (unexpected illness) or want (weight loss journey). I am looking forward to having a wonderful doctor but also a new found friend on this journey we call life!” – Rachel B., 3/2/26

A simple flat monthly fee with no surprise bills or copays. Any additional costs for labs or procedures are discussed upfront, so you always know what to expect.

Longer appointments (often up to an hour), same- or next-day visits, and direct access to Dr. Wright by phone, text, or email—care on your terms, not dictated by insurance.

Extended visits allow for education, lifestyle guidance, and thoughtful care that prioritizes long-term wellness, not just prescriptions or quick fixes.

What is DPC?

Common questions about direct primary care and how this model provides high-quality care at an affordable price.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model that focuses on providing comprehensive and personalized primary care services to patients. It operates on a membership-based system, where patients pay a monthly or annual fee to access a range of healthcare services directly from their primary care physician.

In a DPC practice, patients have unlimited access to their primary care physician, including in-person appointments, phone consultations, and even text messaging. This direct and immediate access allows for more personalized and timely care, as well as better coordination of healthcare services.

DPC offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional fee-for-service healthcare models. With a fixed monthly or annual fee, patients can access a wide range of primary care services without additional out-of-pocket costs. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals and families who require frequent or ongoing medical care.

DPC doctors have a much smaller panel of patients and are able to work you in much sooner with longer appointment spots if needed. You have unlimited visits without any extra fees, as well as access to text your doctor with a free app on your phone. In-house tests are also free.

DPC membership fees do not cover specialist care, hospital visits, or ER fees, and one still needs insurance for those. However, since all routine care is covered, many patients save by switching to a high deductible plan which costs less per month. By pairing a high deductible or health-sharing plan with a DPC membership that includes lower cost labs/imaging, many patients save money.

The US healthcare system has been too long-focused on treating disease AFTER it is causing you pain or significant health issues. At Valiant we believe in proactively managing your health. This can be as simple as longer discussions on nutrition and exercise, getting in faster when things feel ‘off’, and focusing on mental health and quality of life. Providing your wearables data may also be used to further optimize health with your physician.
